Our furnished rentals include all the necessary furniture, bedding, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, premium essentials, smart TVs, high speed internet for a comfortable stay. Our fixed lease agreements are for a set period of time, usually 3 months or longer. Our flexible lease agreements allow you to choose a shorter rental period and provide more flexibility if you need to change your plans. We encourage you to choose a flexible lease if you’re a travel nurse or are on TDY.

Yes, it may vary per unit but our minimum stay is 30 days. We can accommodate some exceptions if necessary.
